1. Good examples. I'm very thankful that when I start to feel I'm in a slump I can look around and see so many good examples. From blogging, to cooking, to crafting, parenting, house keeping and more. So thank you to all of you out there. You may not realize it- but you in your own little way have been an example. My mom shared a great quote with me: "Our worst fear is not that we are inadequate; our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God: your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us. It is not just in some of us; it is is in everyone, and as we let our own light shine we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." I LOVE it!

2. Gymnastics. I signed Josh up for gymnastics- so now he goes every Wednesday. He LOVES it. It gives me a little break, and something for him to look forward to. Its cute to watch him listen to the teacher and try the stretches, tumbles, and bar pulls.

3. NyQuil. This has been helpful the last few nights.

I LOVE THAT QUOTE. I have it framed and hanging on my wall. I used it all the time at work. By far my favorite. It's ironic that you wrote that today, because I was in charge of the book club discussion tonight on "The Alchemist" and I shared that quote with the women at the end. It's so important to be constantly reminded of how amazing we are and can be. My Grandmother sent that quote to us when we were little and it sat on our fridge for years, then I rediscovered it working at Second Nature. YAY!
